We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. If we have deemed to make a mistake in delivering the product, a refund or credit will be issued. Users agree to release Kuai from any claims or liability associated with the use of their products. Kuai will not refund or replace any products deactivated due to misuse.
